We make group trip planning effortless and stress-free, offering expert services with a personal touch. This package is designed for group leaders who prefer to skip the logistics of handling, planning, and booking their entire group.​​

Our comprehensive group planning package includes:

​

  • Liaising with the group leader to coordinate and finalize the itinerary

  • A dedicated webpage on our site for group collaboration, where we customize and update details for easy access and communication

  • Handling all bookings for each group member

  • Processing payments on behalf of members, including payment reminders

  • Managing deposits and final payments to retreats, hotels, or resorts via wire transfers

  • Coordinating and finalizing any land transfers for the retreat

  • Creating and sharing a detailed spreadsheet with the group leader for easy tracking

  • Assisting with airfare reservations (excluding points) upon request

  • Travel entry requirements 

  • Balancing group profit for the retreat and issuing final payment to the group leader after the trip​

You'll receive the proposed itinerary via a cutting-edge digital platform, making it easy to review every detail. Together, we'll make a few small tweaks to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision.

BOOK & BON VOYAGE

After you approve your final quote, we'll manage all travel arrangements, providing your itinerary and documents via a user-friendly mobile app. As your departure approaches, relax knowing every detail is handled. Throughout your journey, you'll have 24/7 support from us and our in-destination partner(s). Upon your return, we'll reconnect to discuss your trip's highlights. Your only task? To pack!
