When should flights be booked?
We recommend booking your flight as soon as you have secured your spot with a deposit.
What airport should I be flying into in Costa Rica?
The nearest airport is Liberia (LIR). We recommend arriving in Liberia no later than early afternoon.
Will airport transfers be provided?
Yes, round-trip airport group transfers from Liberia Airport are included in your package. Please provide your flight details in advance.
Do I need a passport?
A valid passport is required to enter Costa Rica that does not expire 6 months past the trip return date.
What is not included?
The following are not included in the retreat package:

While the local currency is colons, USD is widely accepted.

How do I reserve my spot?
To reserve your spot, complete the booking form and pay the non-refundable deposit of $750. , The final balance is due by February 7, 2025.
NOTE: ALL payments are non refundable and non transferrable.
Payments can be made by bank etransers or major credit cards.
Etransfers will be sent to the following email: accounting@nexioncanada.com using our group name of Samara Retreat 2025 in the message section.
Credit card payments will incur a 3.45% processing fee per transaction.
An invoice will be issued for each payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes or cancellations.
What about travel insurance?
While not mandatory, travel insurance is highly recommended. It should cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and unforeseen travel disruptions.

Linda is a soulFULL wellness educator with over a decade of experience in holistic healing. She is passionate about guiding others toward self-awareness, inner peace, and authentic living. Through a heart-centered approach, Linda combines mindfulness, movement, and meditation to create immersive experiences that nurture both the body and soul.
As the host of A Call For Love podcast, Linda’s mission is to inspire clarity, purpose, and a deeper connection to one's true nature. She integrates Reiki and sound energy healing, breathwork, yoga, and meditation with somatic practices, weaving together spiritual wisdom and therapeutic techniques.
Linda empowers individuals to awaken their inner vitality and live from the deep well of self-compassion, love, and peace.
Liz is a dedicated yoga teacher with over eight years of experience, offering in-person and online classes through her platform, Drishti Yoga & Wellness. She creates a nurturing space for students to explore their practice and deepen their connection to mind, body, and spirit.
As a certified Reiki practitioner, Liz blends movement with energy healing, bringing a holistic approach to wellness. An experienced retreat leader, she curates transformative retreats abroad, fostering inclusive and compassionate environments for all participants.
Liz is passionate about empowering individuals on their wellness journeys, helping them cultivate balance and inner peace while enjoying the process.
